- When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the same or next business day.
- What shipping method do you use?
USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping.
- How long does an order take to arrive, once shipped?
Most orders are delivered by the local post office in 3-7 business days. Delivery dates are not always given on the USPS tracking page, but when they are, they are "expected" or "estimated" delivery dates & not guaranteed. You can reasonably expect your package to be delivered in that time frame with the exception of winter holidays when we see more delays. However, because of restrictions put in place by USPS due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are seeing extended delivery times.
- What if there is a problem with my order?
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or unexpectedly breaks during "appropriate use" because of manufacturing error or malfunction within the first 7 business days we will consider the need for USPS insurance claims, as well as, if necessary, any replacement, return, refund, store credit, etc. warranted on a case-by-case basis.
If an order is lost or running very late, we defer to USPS rules & requirements for filing a "missing package investigation" request through their website. Once a package leaves our facility, it is essentially out of our hands & in the care of USPS until delivery. Many of our products here are handmade or are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, so most times the only option is to wait it out. Packages may get delayed in transit for many reasons, but the majority are delivered eventually. Priority Mail packages are not investigated by USPS until 10 business days after it's original estimated delivery date, but you can file for an investigation on their website at www.usps.com.
- Do you offer a warranty or "money-back guarantee"?
Because of the nature of many of our products, we do not offer any kind of product satisfaction guarantee. But at NV Gifts, we are reasonable!
